11 May A gorgeous summers morning in Ireland
View over the dry stone wall behind the church in Ballymurphy, Co. Carlow on the lane leading down to my house and garden studio – taken just after 7am a few days ago. I love how the morning light makes everything look so fresh!
Plants and trees are growing like crazy right now here in rural Ireland and although you can’t see it from these pics, I’ve made excellent progress weeding the print and natural dye borders. Once they get 2 aggressive weeding sessions early in the year, the plants take over and very little aside from the paths needs to be done later on. This way I get to spent more time in the studio eco printing and felting!
